What is your return policy for technical gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware cannot be returned once opened.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your equipment sooner for an upcoming expedition.
Are Mountain Equipment products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How do I care for my GORE-TEX waterproof jacket?
To maintain performance, machine wash on a warm permanent press cycle with a specialized liquid detergent. Tumble dry on a warm setting for 20 minutes to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
